I think you just hit the ball at the top of the serve, but it requires some timing.

To do a fast serve, you just hit the ball at its highest point and flick your wrist.

Beat the champ? Hold down some button during loading time? Both? I forgot.....

After you beat Matt(Champ), Whenever you play the boxing game, during the loading period, press 1 and you'll get the gloves. They take away more damage then normal ones.
